HORRIBLE/FRUSTRATING customer service.

Specifically called this Babies R Us on South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC about pricematching BEFORE going in for a diaper promotion – was told yes, they do it and to just bring competitive ad/pricing information in. Went in to get diapers, told No. Manager was very unhelpful – we don’t do that, too bad you were misinformed and came all the way to the store to find out that we don’t (even though you DID call beforehand to check), there’s nothing I can do, etc.

Then she had the gall to give me a dirty look when I left the diapers in the cart with her by the register...did she expect me to return them to the shelves?!?

Ugghhhh – What a hassle and so annoying! Babies R Us stinks in my book!

Do not shop here if you want or expect good customer service!

Prices are good, service is not. If you are looking to pop in and get an item this is a good place. However if you are looking for a shopping experience it is not. The staff is all 17 year old girls who are very snarky and sit back not helping the customers. The merchandise could be better organized and the store just does not have a friendly feel. If you're looking to browse baby items I'd recommend a department store, Baby Depot, Target or the newly opened Buy Buy Baby (in the same shopping center).
