Flame-broiled burgers--especially the trademarked Whopper--are royalty at this popular fast-food chain..
In Short
Founded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.
The worst Burger King I've ever visited. It's really too bad that this BK - the closest one to our house - has given our family consistently bad dining experiences. I've eaten at this location perhaps 5-6 times now, and without fail it is too hot in the dining room (I'm talking upwards of eighty degrees today!), service is extremely slow, and english is not very well understood. It is no surprise that this BK is always empty and all the other fast food places nearby all do very good business. I won't be coming back. And I won't tell BK why either, because their corporate website doesn't give any easy way to contact them.
