Looking for a Hair Color Expert?. Look no more, Randi at Carmen Carmen's University location is excellent! She was so patient with me, answered all my questions about base color, low lights and high lights so I could make an informed decision. I walked out with beautiful vibrant color.

The Be All, End All of Salons and Spas. I had been to Carmen Carmen once or twice in recent years and had a decent experience, however, I went in on Tuesday to make an appointment and they fit me in within 10 minutes and I had a stylist who made me feel like a celebrity! Not to mention, Carmen came over himself and made me feel like I was the only one in the salon! Best salon experience EVER, best stylist, best customer service and my hair has never looked so great! I couldn't be happier with everything!

Love this Salon. I have been a client of Carmen Carmen Salon E' Spa for 10 years. I have not had a bad experience. From the time I call to book my appointment and the time I walked out the door after my services everyone is so nice. I would refer this salon to anyone looking to be pampered.

Loved Falon. I was so pleased to have discovered Falon. After lining up several appointments over the next 6 months with her, I received a call from the salon telling me she is no longer with them. After having had the same thing happen to me with Jennifer at Ballantyne Carmen Carmen I was very disappointed. Where did Falon go? My interest is in the stylist, not the salon!

Won't tell me where my stylist went. I would have given this place five stars in the past, because my stylist (Angie) was incredible. But now she is gone and they won't tell me where she went. So, if anyone knows where Angie is working now, could you please leave a comment here? I've had stylists leave other salons in the past but the salon was always willing to tell me where they went and give me the option to stay or follow the stylist. A good stylist is hard to find and they are not interchangeable

Laura & Fallon - Wonderful for any type of hair!!!!. I had previously had my hair cut and style by Fallon who did a great job with my naturally CURLY hair. Today by the will of GOD I booked with Fallon but was given the wrong time and had to see Laura - She was absolutely wonderful. I was a little nervous because all the reviews said Fallon for curly type hair but Laura did a fantastic job with the cut and style. You can definitely tell that she has been doing this for a long time and it is a gift. Thank you so much for fitting me in without a set appt to see you. My husband absolutely LOVED the hair. Would Highly recommend both Laura and Fallon!

Not so good.. I had my hair colored twice and it still is not the right color. I'm not impressed, especially given the price and "specialist" title. However, love getting my eyebrows waxed there!

The best salon I've ever been to!!. I have been a customer of this salon for approximately 9 years and have had nothing but the best service! Randi has been coloring my hair for 8 of those 9 years and I would never consider having anyone else touch my color! She knows I need my color every 4 weeks and she always makes sure I get the appointment I need.

Fallon cuts my hair and recently gave me a gorgeous super short cut, that I get complimented on constantly.

They all provide the best customer service imaginable. This includes Randi, Fallon, Sherry, the manager, Deena, and Ashley who works up front. Although, everyone I've ever dealt with has been great!

You'd be crazy not to love this salon!!

Great Service!. Randi always does a fantastic job with my Color. She is very professional and knowledgable and knows what color shades compliment my skin tone and face shape. I always leave the Salon loving my color results and hair style.

Erin also does a wonderful job with facials, makeup and waxing. Erin is always professional and very knowledgable. I have always received great customer service at Carmen Carmen and look forward to my next relaxing visit. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!!

Great facials!. Erin is the best for facials and massages! I've got facials done at other Carmen locations, but I've always been back to Erin. She knows what she's doing and recommends what's best for your skin. The only drawback is the lack of privacy, it's a bit too loud at times because there are only a couple massage rooms but I'll still go back for a wonderful facial.
