Top Notch Lender!

We have to recommend Myers Park Mortgage and CJ Stafford to anyone financing or re-financing a home mortgage. My wife and I have been through this process several times over the years and Myers Park Mortgage and CJ Stafford exceeded our expectations and provided the most professional service we've ever experienced. We were seeking to refinance using a VA Loan and CJ Stafford and Myers Park Mortgage were on top of this process from start to finish. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly, often after normal working hours. Information provided was timely and accurate. You won't go wrong with this lender, especially if CJ Stafford is running interference for you!! Highly recommend you contact these folks if you are in the market fo ra mortgage!

Be carefull with this lender

I found them on Zillow. On Zillow you can find the mortgage company and their offers. I send them email through Zillow. After 1 hour we discuss every thing and they agree on rates, fees, etc, they came back and said that the fees for the rates I am looking has increased. Initially it was $387 now it is $3517. Almost 9 times. They said that the rates changes every hour so I have to pay the new rate. Any way, I do not have time to keep discussing with them. So I left them and went with other Mortgage company.
Never ever trust these people. I will never recommend any one.
