Great Service, Specials & Beer Selection. This place really is one of the hidden jewels of Charlotte. The staff is exceptional, the food is cheap (so is the beer) and the atmosphere is AMAZING. Any day of the week you can go schmooze with the local college crowd. On the weekends they have live bands and are always busy. Its a great place for kids before 9pm too. The view is amazing...over the lake at university. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a great bar atmosphere at night and family dining during the day. It boasts 25 different beer on tap as well as a fully stocked bar and seasoned bartenders. The food is pretty good too. Especially the seafood. It really is American food. If your looking for a good place to relax and eat some comfort food this is the place for you.

Almost any time of any day, patrons can drop by, grab a drink in a fishbowl, and find a crowd jostling at the bar. Every day is cause for celebration, from Table Team Trivia, to live music, to satellite football games. The emphasis is on seafood, with plenty of oysters, clams, shrimp and crab legs. Serving turf as well as surf, the menu offers plenty, including Philly cheesesteak, burgers and a barbecued beef sandwich.

this place rocks!!!. Where do i start? Maybe its the five dollar lunch special. Maybe its the daily drink specials. All together boardwalk billys is the place to be in the university area. You could look at the hott women who wait tables there, or you could ask for Sonny B. The best server in the joint. Whatever you prefer, you will have a great time. Dont forget the great patio where everyone who is anyone sits on a warm summer day.
