Everytime I call to make appointment, reception leaves on hold for a while. Then, before I can ask a question, they hang up. But once you go in, they're pretty nice to you. As for the the vet and techs, they are great! They take care of my dogs, answer all my questions and never rush me. Overall, one has to consider that reception might be busy and have a million other things to do and cant give you the attention you deserve, so its not a big deal. This place is great and will continue to take my pets there.

We started taking our dog here when we moved to Charlotte. They are incredibly clean, well staffed, polite, etc, and I am SO impressed with the vets and the vet techs. They are very knowledgeable and VERY friendly. They don't make you feel rushed at all and take the time to answer all of your questions. I feel the vet always gives my dog a really thorough exam and is genuinely concerned about making sure he is healthy. He's not just there to make a buck or check things off a checklist and be off. He asks lots of questions about the dog's life, etc, trying to cover all bases. I couldn't be more impressed! Also, they have late office hours some nights which works for me because I work 9-5. Their prices are very reasonable.
