NO HEART. My fiance roommate and I checked in here at the end of november after our house burnt down. I had made the reservations online at a discounted rate through the end of December. I had corresponded with the staff over the phone about our situation and the reservations. less than 2 weeks into our stay, the general manager, Matt, calls up to the room and says that we would need to get out by December 8th or start paying more ($50 more). I explained to him our situation and he repeated the same sentence. Our room was nice, our roommates, not so much. You could barely breath in his room, let alone walk around without running in to every piece of furniture they had packed in there. They claim to be pet friendly, but had no where to walk the dogs unless you wanted your tires peed on. The carpets and wall paper were dated, and the Bojangles next door has their mic in the drive through on extra loud. Some of the front desk staff was helpful, but some were more interested in the game on the TV then our keys NEVER working. And their "hot" breakfast consisted of frozen muffins, frozen hot pockets and frozen breakfast sandwiches. I hope that no one ever has to go through what we went through.
