All in all, we felt that the service we
received on Saturday was
exceptional. We will not hesitate to recommend Hendrick BMW to our
friends, & we will be saving Danny's card so that we can refer folks
directly to him. Mr Alexis let us know that he is a relatively new

My sales agent was Cam and he was professional and was able to secure the car I needed. He went over everything and then had me meet the finance team that was first class.

I just ordered my new Bimmer for European Delivery and could not be happier with the experience to this point. Our rep (Jason Neville) has taken time on two different days to answer our questions and allow both my wife and myself to take test drives, even when at first I had told him that we may not be placing an order until December. We never felt pressured or rushed throughout the process. With European Delivery, there can be a lot of back and forth in getting things set up. Jason has been incredibly responsive in providing us with the information that we request. I have seen that many of the reviews have to deal with the service department. I have had my current BMW in on two occasions and received professional, courtesy service.
WOW!! This place was amazing....after looking for a new car for over a month I stopped in at Hendrick pre owned bmw and got greated by Jason Defonce and was shocked by his professionalism and manors in the first 15 minutes. He asked what i was looking for and got all the information from me and found the exact match. I walked out there with my new car. Helping me along the way with every process. I will deffintly be coming back and will be sending my Mom to come see him next month. Thanks again Jason!!
The folks in the service department are always so great to me. David Teak is my service guy. He takes great care of me and my car. If I have too wait any length of time he hooks me up with a loaner or arranges a ride for me. I work in Salisbury so getting my oil changed is a huge pain in the tuckass for me logistically but they make the experience a pleasurable one.
Jeff really knows his BMW's. I wanted to purchase a BMW certified used car for my wife's special birthday/anniversary, and Jeff helped a lot in making the preparations for my wife's surprise present. He was very informative, and gave me a lot of confidence about the choice I was making, even though I had never bought a BMW before. Jeff is a good listener, has a great sense of humor, but most important of all provided us with the right car at the right price. He was great at guiding me through the evaluation and purchasing process, and in making sure that I was buying the right car for the occasion and for the years to come.

just wanted to send a note to all to personally thank you for taking care of our car in such a timely fashion, PLUS delivering the car to our home yesterday evening by Service Advisor David (?) didn't get his business card and forget his last name. My wife and I are very grateful this and thank you and the team for taking care of this service problem in such a timely manner. I understand how extremely busy your group is, and do appreciate all the effort to get us back up and running. Thank you also for having David take the rental car back to the dealership today, as this is an extremely nice service to have on this occasion. We also want you to know that Trip Tanner is a very courteous and helpful Service Advisor, and I understand he was just doing his job to provide immediate transportation to a customer in need. This whole issue is not about his ability but basically a series missteps and not really hearing how the customer was reacting to the situation. Again, our sincere thanks for all the work and effort to take care of this
The staff at Hendrick BMW were exceptional. We will purchase another car from them in the future. My husband and I thought Jason Neville was the perfect person to provide us with all of the details about our car. We gave him a 15. He was very knowledgeable about BMWs. He is also very polite. I owe it you guys to point out how Jeff Bitner goes above and beyond on a regular basis and how good he is for Hendrick. I don't have time to point out all the things he has done over the last 2+ years since I bought my car but I think it says enough that because of Jeff, I actually look forward to bringing my car in for service because he always goes out of his way help me pass the time and takes it as a sales opportunity to show me BMWs latest and greatest, even if my lease was 35 months out and sometimes knows I can't afford what he's showing me. Jeff exemplifies what BMW is all about and he takes pride in performing at a high level every single day. He doesn't take days off and it shows. I view luxury car sales to be as much about a differentiated customer experience as mechanical performance. Jeff isn't the reason I feel like safe driving my 335 twice the speed limit, but he is the reason I don't look at Mercedes and if I buy another BMW when my lease is up in 9 months, Jeff will be a big reason why.
