WTF just happened???. I was yelled at and then hung up on when I called to set up payment arrangements. CRAZY...CRAZY... People!!! Isn't it us sorry bill payers that keep y'all dumb butts in business? Don't be mad at us because y'all are the scum of the earth! JUST SAYIN!!…

"WOW" HOW RUDE. I called George Brown because I have a collection on my credit report and I wanted to get it settled. I ask if I could speak to someone about the bill. I asked her was the insurance filed because it was a very large medical bill. She said she was not sure. Than she proceeds to say what are you going to do about it. I said I plan to pay it. She says in a sarcastic way THIS YEAR!! At this time I was very caught off guard because of her tone. So I said back I called you ??? Yes I will and planned on it.. She than said I know what you are going to do NOTHING.... I than say I am not going to entertain this conversation with you I have the info I need. She said sure your not... I said Good Bye.. I have never been so mad on a phone conversation and I wanted to come thru the phone on her rude arrogant unprofessional &$*^%.…

WOW! Just A Lil Something Nice. No one likes getting collection calls, but I kinda got lucky. The person I spoke with was not only nice but funny too... turned out we were from the same state. I was treated very respectful with everyone i spoke with .. The person was so nice they set me up on a payment where i just have to call once a month and they even chatted about our home state sports ... It is what it is..... No one wants a call from a collections company! However, the representative that did call after my husband had a heart attack (and no insurance), hince the reason we couldn't pay the hospital, was actually very kind and understanding. She was even helpfull in getting everything straight once his medicaid was approved. She always genuinely asked about his health and our family. AND the point is, we did owe the money to the hospital! Anyway, Thanks Kat!…
