WOW! Just A Lil Something Nice

No one likes getting collection calls, but I kinda got lucky. The person I spoke with was not only nice but funny too... turned out we were from the same state. I was treated very respectful with everyone i spoke with .. The person was so nice they set me up on a payment where i just have to call once a month and they even chatted about our home state sports ... It is what it is....

No one wants a call from a collections company! However, the representative that did call after my husband had a heart attack (and no insurance), hince the reason we couldn't pay the hospital, was actually very kind and understanding. She was even helpfull in getting everything straight once his medicaid was approved. She always genuinely asked about his health and our family. AND the point is, we did owe the money to the hospital! Anyway, Thanks Kat!

Excellent Collection Agency!

I have worked with the excellent team at GBA. I love their approach.

This is one of the best collection agencies in Charlotte. This collection agency is located in Charlotte, NC but they work for clients nationally and collect past due bills nationally.

They have the talent, team, tools and experience to find solutions. Getting help with billing and past due accounts from GBA is a win win win situation.

Reality Check for Donna the GB Rep

It is one thing to be nice and considerate of people's situations..... yet when a new billing service comes along and does not follow the arrangements and sends of someone's unpaid bill to a chickenshit debt collector like GB & A..... who calls you up on a Sunday Morning at 10AM and starts threatening you over the phone..... it truly shows you how much of an Arse these people & this company is! For someone like me who had an arrangement with my Doctor, who knew/knows I was hurt & disabled a waiting for my disability hearing & WC settlement...... my Doctor had no problem waiting on my situation... then to have this company call me up and threaten me a second time, and then tell me I owe money from the first time I ever saw my doctor and it was near $800 dollars... I was apalled at the claim.... my bills did not even start going unpaid until nearly a year after the claimed date..... then the beoch proceeds to threaten me again and tell me I have until the end of the month to pay this bill....... but the stupid beoch doesn't understand that any & all of my medical bills outstanding have been ruled retroactive and covered by medicaid via a Federal Judge in Charlotte and the follow up I received Tuesday from the SSA confirmed it .....

But the way these people act as if they are above the law is unreal.... if God granted me the power to reach thru the phone, I would have slapped the beoch's head plum off her shoulders for being so rude ...... If I am alive when she finally passes away, I wil hope to find out where she is being buried so I can go piss on her grave.... and tell any of her family, if their are any there. that that is what she deserves from all the people she calls up and threatens...... especially us, who had prior arrangements, and have been disabled with no income for nearly 2 years...... wondering if you can tell how really PO'ed I am about this company ....... they can not call and be polite, they mislead you when they call and say they are calling as if they work at the doctor's office.... least that is what this woman did to me the first time around.....

anyhows...... she has been told to cease & desist and to not call my mother's unlisted number anymore....

It sounds as if they are the only ones who think well of themselves, so they are tooting their little horn. Their p.s. about some people not paying their bills reflects their kind of limited thinking. Maybe some people have situations that have developed whereby they are in a situation beyond their control and cannot pay their bills.

Then along comes the heartless bill collector to harass and humiliate the poor people who have suffered setbacks of one nature or another, and they don't really care. Too bad that they do not realize that they could end up on the receiving end.
