I went to East Charlotte Nissan after going to well over 10 dealerships in the Charlotte Metro area. I came across some rebate offers with 2013 Nissan. So I called East Charlotte Nissan and the first person I talked too was wonderful. Troy Moffat!
He really made me feel comfortable enough to purchase a car and explained every detail down to a t. I talked with him about my car situation and he gave me well enough information about the car, the financing, and the trading in of my previous car that still had a payout left on it. I was worried about the payments with the older car, but once everything was said and done he was able to get the payout down to almost nothing and I drove off with a brand new 2013 Nissan Sentra!
Will be seeing him again whenever I decided to purchase a new car! Overall, my experience was wonderful, the entire staff at East Charlotte were friendly and make you feel at ease in their environment!
My husband and I have been so pleased with our experiences at East Charlotte Nissan. Aaron Hampton is a great sales team member to work with and continues to keep in touch and take great care of us. Angel Defreitas at East Charlotte Nissan was very helpful with my new car lease. He was diligent to call more than once to make sure that my Nissan Altima was satisfactory and that I had everything I needed... down to the cargo net he ordered for the trunk of my car. After the disappointing experience I had at Scott Clark Toyota, it was refreshing to have him go above and beyond to be sure I had a pleasant experience at East Charlotte Nissan. Thanks, Angel! :)
Totally Amazed! On September 14, (my birthday) I went to East Charlotte Nissan. I was really hesitant about buying a car at a dealership but this experience changed my opinion. With the credit issues that I have, I didn't think a new car would be an option. I went in thinking I would have to put down at least an arm and leg or would need a co-signer. Honestly I thought it was a waste of my time and theirs. My salesman "Stormin Norman", said he could make it happen. He did just that! He was very patient with me. No pressure at all. I understood everything that was going on and felt comfortable and at ease. Norman also got my payments in the price range I could afford. I walked out very happy. Best birthday gift ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Two years ago my husband and I went to the Nissan dealership just to look at car. We met with Ron and he showed us some Nissan Muranos' but we were not ready to purchase because we recently purchased a car. The next day my husband received a phone call from Ron stating he had a good deal for us. So we went to dealership and walked out with a brand new 2010 Nissan Murano. Almost two years later, we received a call from Ron yesterday 9/7/2012 and again he said he had a good deal for us and again he did. We walked out with a 2012 fully loaded Nissan Altima that gives excellent gas mileage. Ron is an excellent salesmen who gets to know his customers well and keeps in touch (even after 2 years). The entire atmosphere at East Charlotte Nissan is very friendly.
Great service – It was a pleasant experience. I was not happy with the service when I purchased my previous vehicle; but was able to encounter a better experience. If you are looking for someone to assit you in finding a vehicle that will match you as a person, Ronald Disby will be the person to see. I believe he addressed my concerns in picking a vehicle of my choice. I am satisfied with my purchase and I extend gratitude towards his customer service.

I was robbed by providing false information about the car.(My car is LS model and but the finance guy told me that it is LTZ model).. and robbed my money. The same day i found my car is not LTZ model and i informed the car company the next day. But the financy guy did not acccept my car back. if you dont know about car company then why you are working in the car company. if it is your fault , why should i pay more money ? if it is yout fault , you should accept your mistakes....
Great Experience – This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience. Ron and Vince were great and got the price just were i wanted it. They help me pick out a great vehicle and we didn't have to spend all day at the dealer. I would recommend the dealership hands down.
Ronald Digsby – On February 3,2012 I decided to go back to Nissan to upgrade. I wasn't going to go because i had a very bad experience the first time. But this time was the best ever. I not only got what I wanted but at the price too. Ronald was friendly and he took the time to show me everything about the car. But the best thing was he ask me want did i want and want did i want to pay and he made it happen. When I called my husband he could hear it in my voice how happy I was. Thank You so much Ronald.
Worst customer experience and very rude and racist. – The people at this place were very rude. The manager (Josephine) was so arrogant and racist saying that in america cars wont come to any lesser price than ticketed price may be in your country they may come. We got a quote for a lot lesser price in other nissan dealer. The next day we got a call from them again for negotiation and they did not reduce anything and when I asked why they called us back if they were not ready to negotiate, no one took responsibility they just passed on to some manager who was not available to talk.
Nissan people please reconsider hiring some experienced employees and please take some action as you would loose customers if your customer service is this bad.
