from a person who grew up in a spanish household we ate every meal with meat.. I gave peaceful dragon a try and I loved it.. The dishes they serve have lots of flavor.. I recommend the "beef" stir fry.. It is spicy but they will tone it down for you.. My favorite appetizer is the scallion cakes.. Only draw back they only serve them on fridays and saturdays for dinner.. Also the desserts are delicious.. You have to have the Molten Cake , you would never think it is vegan..

This restaurant is one of my two favorites in Charlotte. It's so hard to find a vegetarian restaurant in Charlotte that to find one *this* good is outstanding! The Spicy "Shrimp" Stirfry is out of this world. Even my meat-eating husband finds plenty to keep him more than satisfied, and helped convince him that vegetarians can find plenty good to eat! And definitely go for the Molten Chocolate Cake!
