I brought my shoes in and the couple could not have been nicer. They fixed my shoes on the spot and only charged me $3.00! I will go there again and again. They are a tiny mom and pop shop who cares ... exactly what you want when someone saves your favorite shoes!

I really like this place! I have taken many things in - from boots with a broken zipper to heels or toes that needed repair. If you are friendly, they will be friendly, don't let the language barrier prevent you from getting to know this couple who run their own shop together!
I especially like that Mr. Lee has turned down work that I bring in, saying, "not worth it" when what I have for him to repair would be more costly to repair than to repurchase! I brought in a face strap for a horse bridle, and he told me he would do it, but I would probably find a new one cheaper...

- Cons: Be willing to appreciate older shoe shop customs...

Agreed, RUDE OWNERS/STAFF

Since I live in the area I decided to give them a try. I went in on Saturday to drop of two pairs of shoes. The lady snatched the shoes up asked for my last name and phone number and threw the receipt at me. Today I called (Tuesday, b/c she told me they'd be ready) just to see how much I was charged since NONE of that was discussed. Her response was 23 to 38. WTH, are you seriously giving me a price range? Do you not know how much the total is? I don't mind paying to have the shoes fixed but I would at least like to know the exact amount I owe. Very unprofessional and I will NOT recommend their services to anyone!
