Great everytime!. I've been here quite a few times & the sushi has always been great. I'm really picky about sushi & this ranks among my favorite in Charlotte. Very friendly staff that always remembers my face when I walk in. What impressed me most was one time they were really understaffed & a huge dinner party walked in unexpectedly. In between taking the table's orders, we weren't overlooked at all & they never skipped a beat. What's even better for me is that I live right around the corner! :)

Great Japanese Food. I have probably been to this restaurant at least 20 times - with family, friends, and alone. I can honestly say that I have also left happy every time. The food is very authentic (I lived in Japan for a few years), the service is always good, and they have the best prices in town for Japanese, especially at lunch!

If you like Japanese food, this place is definitely worth a try! You won't be sorry!

A very good place to eat Sushi. A very quiet, pleasant place to eat. Food was vvery good except that the serving of vegtables on the tempura was VERY small. Everything else that we tried was fresh and very good. Service was also good.

Can you say authentic?. My father went to Japan for two months on buisiness a few years ago. When we entered the restaurant he said that it reminded him of the restaurants in Japan. Not the trendy, 200-dollars-just-to-sit-down places, but where Japanese people go to eat. In my opinion, the setting was wonderful, soothing, and quiet, the food was good, and it made for a highly enjoyable meal. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a real Japanese setting and authentic food.
