STAY AWAY. You know how stylist try to do your hair and fit in another client at the same time, well is sort of acceptable and we understand that a stylist is trying to make a living. However, when they charge you for additional services that you DID NOT request to fill that time, it becomes very wrong. I had a stylist charge me for an extra conditioning treatment , which gave them time while I was sitting at the sink so they could service another client....I never requested it, also an additional charge on my haircolor, for hair length...and I had short hair! Check your bill, before you leave. I called their customer service number and still waiting from a call back...it been 2 months now.Times are tough, but this sort of stuff does not make for returning happy clients.
