BEST AUTO REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. As a single woman, having my vehicle repaired in the past has always been a daunting task. Now as a single mother, it has become an even worse experience than before. However, my experience with Summerfield has made servicing my high-end vehicle painless and somewhat enjoyable!!

A few weeks ago, my vehicle stalled in the middle of traffic during rush-hour. Of course, this was two days before out-of-town guests were due in. My first thought was to call Summerfield. Since it was late in the day, the Park Road location was in the process of closing. However, Adam assured me that not only would he request a tow truck (with flat-bed) for me, but would wait and have someone take me to pick-up my daughter and take us both home (free of charge, I reviewed my bill thoroughly). The next day my car was repaired, washed and waiting for my pick-up!!!

As Summerfield was highly recommended to me, I now recommend them to everyone I know!!! I plan to utilize Summerfield, for all of my vehicle routine and non-routine maintenance services.

Saved me from buying a lemon.... I went to buy a used Jeep Cherokee- and took it Summerfield for an inspection. We had never been there before but its convenient to where I work, and it was hitghly reccomended on Angie's List. Their thorough work found that the vehicle's frame was rusting apart- and that the vehicle was not safe or a good deal. I ended up buying another car thanks to these guys that wasnt a lemon.

We have since taken our cars there for all work - and they helped us save money on our other car by giving us a thorough report on a problem, and we took that info to the dealership who had to do the repairs once Summerfield helped us find that it was a KNOWN problem.

I trust then more than any repair shop in the CHarlotte Metro area.…

wow !!!!. I recently moved here from the Tampa area. I had a mechanic that I used for years, and was not sure that I would find that same up here outside of a dealership. I was referred to Summerfield?s by a friend, and I am truly pleased. They came and picked up my car at no extra charge to find out why it was cutting off. After a couple hours Tim called me back with the results of there testing and said that a major repair was not needed, just some minor work. His detailed explanations and professionalism, really made me feel comfortable, like I have been going there for years. After he gave me my estimate and finished the work, Trent arranged to have the car brought the car back to my place of work. I felt the price was very reasonable; they even have a car wash and detail service. I have never experienced this kind of service, I am truly happy with my new mechanics.…
