Beautiful Store, Nice People, Too Much Confusion. They really don't have a good handle on their books or their customers. Last night I went to pick up a book we will be studying in my Ladies Life Group. He tried to sell me the Youth version. Today I found out that I was not the only one who experienced the same confusion...If they notice a group is coming in for a book, they should confirm the information and keep it on hand for future group members.
