The food is mediocre at best. Tried to give this place another shoot. Who can screw up a salad. Answer: Jocks and Jills! I ordered the Jill

POOR POOR SERVICE. This place is slow as molasses and the service sucks! Every time I've called in a 'to-go' order, I've waited 15 before leaving to pick up the order and I STILL have to wait for another 15-20min to get my food. No even acknowledges you standing there! Today I decided to dine-in for a late afternoon lunch. I sat at the bar...it took several minutes before even being addressed. I asked for the menu and it did not include the new lunch specials advertised...I had to asked for them...(2 men came and sat at the bar and did not wait a bit to be addressed). I ordered a salad and the waitress started to walk away before I was done...I had to catch her attention to get an ice tea...When I was finished with my salad, which was not close 1/2 eaten - she took my plate and threw away my food! A $9 salad barely eaten and you don't ask me if I want to take it to go???? This will be my last visit!

Horrible Service. Horrible service-the server was bored. Ok food. They put water in their shots (Patron)...very odd.

Jocks & Jills on Tyvolva, The Place To Watch Sports & Make New Friends!!!!. I've been going to Jocks & Jills since it opened. It's not just a great place to eat with very good food, but on the "bar" side, it's a fantastic place to watch a game. I've met so many people over the years, and many not from our great city of Charlotte. Recently met 2 of our country's finest, both 20+ years in the Air Force in town for a training semiar, both from Las Vegas. They both had a blast with us local Charlotteans and I know they'll be bragging about our Southern hospitality upon their arrival back in Las Vegas. They were truly shocked by the difference in the bar tab at the end of the nite compared to what things cost (of course) in Las Vegas but still, I was very proud both of our city and how friendly people were to total strangers. Our waitress, while battling somewhat of a very strong accent, was very pretty and very sweet, even if we had to repeat everything to her... Jocks & Jills is a great place to eat and enjoy the game. Everyone who goes out to watch sports in Charlotte should try it!!!!

Love the decor!. Great place to watch a game - good food, but a little pricey for this kind of place. Love the decor! Friendly staff!

Across from the Charlotte Coliseum sits an upscale sports bar basking in its prime location.. The Scene
Furnished with dark, polished woods and exposed brick dotted with classic sports memorabilia, it offers a distinctly more upscale atmosphere than the typical smoky sports bar. During football season, the bar offers Panthers bus trips. Its heated outdoor patio with TVs means patrons can watch their favorite team right through to the World Series. There's plenty of quality bar fare--burgers, wings, quesadillas--as well as hearty entrees such as ribs, steaks and roasted chicken.

It's A Good Thing They Have TV's. Being a huge sports and food fan, I was very excited to find Jocks and Jills not long after I moved to Charlotte. My enthusiasm was soon squelched once I was seated at my table. No word of a lie, I swear my server was almost bored of serving me. And to say she was unatentive would be a huge understatement. Oh well, maybe the food will make up for it. Wrong! Now I know most sports bars rely on their wings and nachos to keep most of their customers happy, but that doesn't mean that the rest of the menu should be ignored. I just may have had the dullest burger ever. Since my first visit I've tried to give Jocks and Jills a few more chances, but much to my dismay each visit is wosre than the previous one. ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
