BEST UNDERGROUND DEATH AND BLACK METAL CD STORE
by BCRichMan
I was looking for more Obscure Death Metal that you can not find at Best Buy. Great store, pretty big and huge Metal section also tons of Vinyl too. Not just metal but all types of music too.
- Pros: TONS OF UNDERGROUND METAL CD'S
- Cons: NOT MANY I CAN THINK OF
Used to be cool, now a corporate nightmare

This store used to be independently owned (by one guy),but it got bought by some big corporation (although they claim to still be indie, most of their other stores are in outlet malls).
Since then, their prices have gone up and their selection has gone down, unless you are looking for cheap novelty toys and not music. From now on I will support the real indie stores in Charlotte.

since i came from Los Angeles, I was kind of spoiled with the little shops i took for granted. i finally came across a record store that allowed me to trade and walk out with credit to buy more stuff. Thank God for you guys. Highly recommended. So much better than the overpriced book stores and blockbusters and blahblahblah.
- Pros: excellent customer service, plenty of parking, awesome selection, online searching also
- Cons: nothing
