My unit was fine till they looked at it.Paid for maintenance plan and they never did the work.Called another co and discovered they never even cleaned my unit or charged it.The owner would never call me back.

Great Experience. Exceeded all my expectations, superb order taker at the office, listened to all my gripes about prior HORRIBLE experiences with Adams and Morris Jenkins. She then apologized for the bad serviced I received. She then assured me Acosta could take care of my problem. Which they did. Service technician arrived on time took care of our home explained what our problem was and gave us a firm price to repair the system. Took him 2 hours but problem solved the first time. Very knowlegeable and took time to explained everything to my wife in a way she could understand. We now have a heating and cooling company that we can count on and they have a very satisfied customer that will tell all my friends and relatives they are sure to gain many more customers from our referrals.
