I made an online order for delivery at 5:40 pm. The online tracker and the confirmation email I received both indicated that the pizza would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. The online tracker indicated that the order was complete and "double-checked for correctness" at 5:52 pm. At 6:29 I called the location to find out where my order was, and I was informed that the online tracker was incorrect and the wait time was 2-2.5 hours.

I informed the girl who answered the phone that I would not have made the order if I knew it was going to take that long, and asked if they were doing anything to follow up with customers ordering online to let them know about the delay. Her only reply was "no, do you want to cancel your order?". I asked to speak to a manager who said the same thing, but added "the online tracker doesn't really tell you what is really going on at the store". What's the point of the online tracker then? Isn't that the whole point?

Neither girl offered an apology or made any effort to provide any type of good customer service. My husband and I order pizza at least 2-3 times every month, and specifically from this Domino's at least 1-2 times per month. Needless to say, we will NOT be ordering from ANY Domino's EVER again.

Just FYI we called two other pizza joints to find out what their wait time was (30-40 minutes each) and ultimately ordered from one of them. The service was great, the pizza was hot, and they have now earned our business moving forward.

Wost Service Ever!!!!!. This Domino's all people need to stay away from the give Domino's a bad name. Place a order on my credit card and they claim they could not cancel it! Could no Deliver my food, and could not void the order off my card. Managment is unaware of how to handle customers and show some type of cust service skills. if you want a headache try this location on South Blvd!!!!! I did not recive im sorry for your troulble or nothing. Than i called back to get the corparate manger name the manager that did not even know how to void a order also did not know the corparate manager name ( why was i not surprised lol) Stay away from this Domino's Pizza!!!
