Worst Move Experience Ever!!!!

Used this company to move my home last week...by far the worst experience ever. The two people that they sent bickered and fought with each other the entire time. Because of their constant fighting, the move took several hours longer than it should have. They rammed the refridgerator in to the wall and then told me, "don't worry, they'll come out right away to fix that", which was a lie. The company wants to snail mail a claim form, then wait for you to snail mail it back, then maybe they'll send someone to fix what they damaged. I don't have that kind of time when my home is listed for sale. The mover brought no tools with them, so they had to borrow mine. They didn't even know how it put a bed frame back together, I had to show them. If I had used my dryer after they hooked it up...it would have caused a fire since they crushed the vent hose, I had to have someone come in to fix that. My laundry room flooded because they didn't hook up the washer correctly. And they dented by stainless steel refridgerator. I will never use them again, my company is moving this year and would have used them...not anymore after this experience. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company.

Worst Move Ever!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone as it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service to set up the move, I had to call myself to confirm they were coming and then the time was changed. Took 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment across town and extensive damage to my entire bedroom set of furniture and 2 other tables as well as damaged door frames, floor damage, wall damage and crushed boxes. Horrible customer service in regards to my complaint, still waiting to have furniture looked at for damage repairs and no one will respond in regards to the excessive amount of time of the move weeks after the move. I feel I was totally ripped off, please use ANY mover but these guys, totally unprofessional!

Great moving company

We chose All My Sons before reading these reviews. A coworker of my wife referred us to them and they were great. We checked their score with the Better Business Bureau and they have an A+.

After the move, we heard there are reviews on Citysearch so we checked. I cannot imagine how anyone could other than happy. I am glad we chose them. The Better Business Bureau says they are great, and so do we.

Very happy with this company.

Call a different mover!!!

I called 6 movers in Charlotte and chose All My Sons because their prices were reasonable. However after speaking with the manager 2 times and setting my appointment, I considered canceling because he was quite rude. Instead I kept my appointment, and now I wish I had hadn't.

Two young men arrived on time and surveyed my things. They got about 10 minutes in and one took a break and asked for a drink. This was ok, because it was very hot out. However he began flirting relentlessly with my friend and I. THis kept up all day and they even asked the 2 of us out! I didn't want to be rude because he was handling all of my materials, but I definately did not show interest. He complained that I should have gotten a 3rd mover (even though the manager would only give me 2) and about how much stuff I had. He told me about the 3 hour requirement, and I had never been told anything about this when making the appointment. I found him texting once and taking a call from a friend another time.

They didn't seem to know how to load the truck because upon arrival, my things were all thrown into the truck and MANY THINGS WERE DAMAGED! Things toppled over one another and heavy furniture fell on top of others. There were huge goudges out of furniture, big scrapes on my TV, nightstand, huge black foot prints on my fabric chairs, they dragged my mattresses, scraping and ripping the material, my couch was rubbed against something and all black along one side. Things were obviously thrown in the truck and they never even used one blanket or pad even though I had them available to use. They even wrote "a bunch of sh**" on one of my boxes which I had labeled "very breakable" . Then at 3:55 he charged me until 4:30 saying it would take that long to finish-which it did not.

Overally I was extremely dissapointed and very sad to see almost every piece of furniture that I owned damaged on one way or another. I can handle the complaining and unprofessional attitute, but I wish they had handled my things with more care.

Great Movers in Charlotte

The guys at all my sons of Charlotte made my move so easy and stress free. I called them only two days before I had to be out of my apartment, I was planning on moving myself and ended up throwing my back out. They gave me a fair and honest price and sent men who really cared about moving my things carefully and quickly. Their courteous and well trained staff was worth so much more than the rate they gave me, I couldn't have asked for a better move!
