THE WORST - damaged property, made me cry. I had the WORST experience with this company - not only did they fail to show for the scheduled lunch appointment (making me unnecessarily miss 2 hours of work), but they completely botched a simple re-key later that evening. The inexperienced technician decimated the door lock and was unable to perform a simple re-key AND damaged my private property in the meantime (chipped paint and wood from the door, cracked weather stripping, AND chip wood & paint from the door frame). After pleading with him to call for help and numerous calls to the company to please remedy the situation, a 2nd technician was finally sent to help. The 4 hour ordeal (Yes - 4 HOURS) reduced me to tears. After a fight with the manager via telephone, they finally conceded not the charge me anything, but they still REFUSE to repair any of the damage inflicted by the technician. We are currently considering small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are incompetent, destructive, rude, and unethical.…

Great Service. Charlotte locksmith is great. I had taken my family to Carowinds and we were having a good time until when we were on our way to the car I realized I had lost the keys. We were tired and cranky by then, with nagging 7 year olds but Charlotte locksmith was quick in getting to us and they were able to open my car and make me a key in no time at an affordable price. I am very grateful I called these guys and I will be calling them again certainly.…
