Frustrating Experience

I ordered my books online and never received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or a draft from my bank account. I called them a few days later and the lady told me that she was shipping out my package that day. I still never received a shipping confirmation and had to call back in a few days later. They never shipped my order and have delayed it yet another day. I don't have my books for class and they don't seem to think that there is a problem. I will NEVER use them again! I am also letting my professor know about my experience to see if he can have his book printed somewhere else for students to purchase from. Tell your friends and don't use them!!!

• Cons: poor customer service, not organized, doesn't follow through with what they say

Most USED books and BEST Customer Service

The campus employees all ignored me and it was a terrible time trying to find my books. My room mate told me to try Gray's and MAN! They had TWICE as many USED books and people all over helping me find them!

Highly recommended, go to Gray's FIRST!

Just stick with school

I was looking to get books cheaper than at school. Instead I found the prices were either the same or a little bit higher. They also didn't have half of the books I needed. I am going to just stick with the school.
