ALWAYS check your bag before leaving! I made that mistake and they forgot my chicken nuggets, the core of my meal! I mean really, how could they forget that? My Dad's coffee is always messed up as well. There is a problem every visit. Go to a different McDonalds.

Employees don't listen or care!. I have just moved to the University Park area, about 2 months. I have been to this McDonalds maybe about 4 times, for lunch and or dinner. These employees are horrible. I never have a complicated order. A two cheese burger meal with extra pickels. I order this every time I go and have paid for these extra pickels. EVERY time I get the burgers they are missing or just the standard 2. Is it really that hard to put two more pickels on the burger? Also the fries are never fresh unless you hit the height of lunch/dinner rush. One time my husband and I walked in to do an order instead of drive thru. We stood there, watched as some employees clearly saw us standing there. Watched as 5 more people wandered in and the order taker still never came over. The line was forming FINALLY after so many minutes of all of us standing there the employee came out and became overwhellmed because of all the people standing in line. It was lunch time on a Sunday. I don't know if they understaff or what but every time I go I am disappointed. Sometimes all I or my husband wants is some good old fast food from Micky D's and this McDonalds is crap. You would think one so close to a college could get a simple order correct. I saw advoid this place and go to Sonic instead.
