You can ALWAYS call Roto Rooter of Charlotte. I've done so for both minor & emergency plumbing jobs and they're consistently quick, professional, friendly, and resonably priced. I'm a single mom, not too handy around the house, and thus easily ripped off by service people, but my pals at Roto-Rooter are always forthright, fair, and respectful. The techs are even patient with me when I ask a million questions and try to learn about plumbing systems as they work.

Ronnie came out on Monday and dug a hole 5 foot deep to find that my main line had been cracked since the day I bought the house. (over 6 years) He explained that it was most likely due to backfilling by the contractor when they did the originally construction. His knowledge of causes and effects of my issues were spot on and he was able to finish the job today since it was raining yesterday. I must say that in the end, I'm very happy with my services through Roto-Rooter and I hope I'll never have to call you again, but if I do...you're the first call.

I had Roto-Rooter service on 2/19/13 at my house to unclog my kitchen sink. The service technician, Eddie Garcia, did the job in an orderly and professional manner. He assured me that the sink drain would be unclogged. Prior to Roto-Rooter, I had another plumbing company try unsuccessfully to do the work. Only to have them tell me, the work needed would be more extensive and costly. Bottom line-Eddie successfully unclogged my sink, saved me a lot of money, and lots of residual cleanup work. I am a professional engineer (retired). I am very familiar with plumbing (hydraulics and chemistry). Eddie explained the process he was using. I knew immediately that he was competent, experienced, and knowledgeable.

Eddie Garcia is definitely an asset to your organization!

Yes-I will call Roto-Rooter again and have shared my experience with all my friends.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers -- I had an ongoing issue with a backup in my plumbing, causing my washer to leak. I called Roto Rooter at 1pm on Sunday, and within 1 hour, Rhett Reynolds (the best plumber in Charlotte) showed up at my house. As he was troubleshooting, he found a GAS LEAK with my water heater. Not only was there a gas leak, but I had stored my lawn mower in the same storage closet. Rhett quickly leapt into action, fixed the gas leak, and of course fixed the pumbing issue. I am so thankful to Rhett - he kept me from having a MUCH larger problem. I was extremely impressed with Rhett's customer service, he went above and beyond, and put me at ease! Because of Rhett, I will be a Roto-Rooter customer for life! THANKS!!!

Rhett was very professional with the installation of our toilet and sink faucet. He had everything on his truck that he needed and he had some good advice for us about the faucet. I will use him again when I have some plumbing to do. I used to do it all myself so I know a good job when I see one.

I was having problems with my hot water heater and I called around to a few companies. I decided to go with Roto-Rooter because it was a well known company. They definitely did not disappoint. Gavin, my plumber, was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He has 39 years of experience and took the time to explain what and why he was completing task. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely use this company and ask for Gavin.

Roto Rooter Charlotte fixed a leaky toilet in my upstairs bath before it became a much larger, much more expensive problem. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Nov. 27, 2012 Well pleased with the service. Kept me informed by phone as to when they would be there. Got the kitchen drain going quickly and with no mess & gave me tips on avoiding the problem in the future. These folks have been our go-to plumber in Charlotte and the service has always been excellent and quick.
