Great!!!. I called RR at 4 pm, HAL arrived in less than 1 hr!!! Hal knew exactly what was wrong with my garbage disposal, prepared an estimate which I consider was very fair, solved the problem, and gave me advise on maintenance and keep up of the system...he even offered a product (enzimes) to help keep all drains and pipelines clean.

Plus, good conversation! i'm very satisfied with the service, my problem was solved in 20 minutes, paid with credit card,...seemed really easy.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/24/1011. The plumber who came was very nice and new exactly what he was doing. Best of all, I was able to make the appointment online and choose the time for him to come over. I'm very pleased and while I hopefully won't need to use Roto-Rooter again, I definitely will not hesitate to call them again if I need to.

Replacement hot water heater Jan 2011. The plumber was very informative on the options and pricing on replacing the tank and the upgrades needed to bring it up to current building code. I called at 7:30 and the tech was at my house before 10 and the complete job was completed by 1:00.

Roto-Rooter FTW!. As a first time home-owner the expenses just keep on coming, so we were afraid of what it would cost to hire a plumber. Actually we put it off for months and just let a bucket catch the water leaking under our sink. We were also fearful of bringing a smelly, butt-crack sporting, greasy guy into the house. We couldn't let the problem go forever, so we called around and checked on prices. Roto-rooter charges nothing to come out and I'd heard good things from a neighbor so we gave them a shot. We were happy with our experience, happy with the price, and very happy with the outcome. Jeremy showed us the problem and explained exactly how and why it needed to be fixed. Unbeknownst to us, the disposal had been installed incorrectly before we bought the house and was leaking all over the wiring - a huge fire hazard. He was friendly and efficient and he even gave us some advice on some other problems we'd been having with our dishwasher. If we need a plumber again, we'll definitely call this Roto-Rooter. Actually, we'll probably request the same technician- Jeremy Frink!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I live in an older home with one bathroom. On a late Saturday afternoon plumbing backed up in the toilet and

bathtub. I called Roto- Rooter and within a few hours Hal came and unclogged the main plumbing line to the house. I am very impressed with his work. He went under the house in the dark to do his work and was cheerful and polite the entire time. He also wore clean blue booties each time he came in the house. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for anymore plumbing problems

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/7/10. Late on a dark, rainy Friday night we had a potential plumbing disaster. Thankfully we called Roto-Rooter and Stan came to the rescue right away. He evaluated the problem and took care of it quickly. He was extremely professional, courteous and even took his shoes off so our new carpet would not get wet and dirty due to the rain. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Plumbing Service. My encounter with Roto-Rooter began a little shaky as I was told a plumber would be coming to my home, then was called by the dispatcher that he was 35 to 40 minutes away. An hour later I was called and told he would not be able to make it because of the weather! It was rescheduled for the next day in the morning. I guess the weather was better. Really not because we had sleet overnight.

When Hal arrived in the morning that was great. He did a very good job, was professional and knew what he was doing. Although the hourly charge and the part charge were a little salty it is a service you have to have done correctly or you will have a larger problem. I will ask for Hal in the future. Thank you.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/10/11. My wedding rings were accidently flushed down the toilet and Stan arrived in the snow, they had less than half staff due to weather. He located my rings using the camera and made sure to take his time in retrieving them. He made sure not to rush anything as we caught them before they were lost forever - laying down in the front yard in the snow with his hand down the clean out. With his patience and control of the situation, we were able to retrieve them and I will be forever grateful, you can't replace the memories. Thank you so much Roto-Rooter and Stan for caring!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-9-11. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Date of Service 1/9/11: I live on the outskirts of Charlotte and needed a plumber late on a Sunday. Both of our toilets were clogged. Roto-Rooter had someone at my house that night. He fixed the problem and answered my questions and made recommendations. I am very happy with the services we received and will call them again for our plumbing needs.

ROTO-ROOTER SERVICE. Roto-Rooter Serive on Jan. 3, 2011.

My garbage disposal was leaking yesterday. When I called, a technician was at my house in about an hour. He had my disposal up and running in no time. I was very satisfied with work ane will call them when needeg again.
