Saturday morning we had water all over the living room floor. In under one hour our technician arrived and started fixing the problem. He explained things to me many times with patience. He (Slavic) went above and beyond to be sure the problem was fixed. This is my fifth time using roto rooter and the problems have always been solved quickly. Thank you!

After getting the dreaded news from the water company - "you have a leak". I did what most people do and panicked! I have to say that Roto-Rooter was not my first call (HUGE MISTAKE) - The first plumber came out and said, "Nope you don't have a leak, the city is at fault" - After wasting 2 days - I knew it was time to call the professionals so I called Roto-Rooter. Ronnie came out the next day and was so incredibly thorough. He found the leak in short order and took the time to explain everything. I felt so comfortable with him and the work was top notch. I will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs! THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!

Great Service Once Again!

They were quick to schedule my service and very flexible ! They called 30min prior to arrival. Technician was very pleasant and helpful! Successfully fixed clogged shower drain and outdoor spicket. Will definitely call Roto-Rooter for my next plumbing service!
