I recently (May) paid $35. plus tip to get a haircut. The woman was nice enough, but she said she'd been cutting hair for 10 yrs. I had a gut feeling that I might be in trouble when she took LARGE (like fabric shears) and began to cut the start line across the back of my neck. She didn't have a clue what "lots of movement" meant. I ended up drying my own hair and when I got home had a large 'hole' in the center back part of my hair. It's been growing now for 6 weeks and I can just now kinda blend it in.
