Hendrick Lexus - Salesman Bill Ingram – From the second I stepped into the showroom, I was treated with respect by the entire staff. Years ago, I had a horrible experience with Lexus in Wisconsin and swore I would never step foot in a Lexus showroom ever again. But after reading the reviews on Lexus, I had to give it one more try. Bill Ingram treated me like royalty, patiently answered all my questions, made buying the car so easy and has continued with amazing follow-up. I genuinely feel like part of the Lexus family now. I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone!!!
Hendrix Lexus- Salesman George Stephens – Purchasing from Hendrix Lexus was such a great experience. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. Ii had a real bad experience and time with my current vehicle. My past three vehicles were Aucra's and never expected to be a Lexus Owner. Then I met George Stephens. Although Geroge's goal was to put me in a new Lexus, he was especially attentive to my needs and concerns. It was a welcome experience to not just be a sale but to be a customer with no buyer remorse.
George has an ability to get his job done without making you fell pressured to buy! Excellent work because I am now driving a new Lexus and entered the showroom with no intention of getting a new car.

Purchasing from Hendricks Lexus...a great experience! – I never thought I could afford a Lexus until I met Walt Liebert. This man totally bent over backwards to get my wife a deal she could afford. This happened in 2008 and since then, there is no other place that I would shop for a vehicle. Our experience with Linda Piscopo and Sherrie Morris while adding "extras", our service advisor Collin Grooms whenever service is required, and of course Walt Liebert when looking to trade up or get info on new car technology, has been extraordinary, to say the least. These people treat us as if our car is their own personal vehicle and do a bang up job keeping it in tip top shape. Getting back to my "super star" Walt, his knowledge of the vehicles, his honest assessment of each model, and his low key sales approach has made him a winner in my book. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with the deal and will have no future regrets. In fact, because of my confidence in him, I returned and bought myself a 2010 RX350, then turned around and traded my wife's 2008 ES for a 2011 ES350. Never before have I experienced a car dealership that made you feel like you were part of their family and were extremely important to them, and that, plus a quality automobile, is what Hendricks Lexus and their outstanding staff, brings to the table. A DECEMBER TO REMEMBER!!!!! – I was at your location getting my RX350 - 2007 serviced and enjoying the great atmosphere when I decided to just wonder through the showroom and there was this 2011 Red RX350 that was gorgeous. I really wan't planning to trade up but I decided to ask if we could make a deal happen especially since I have enjoyed your wonderful ads 'A December to Remember.' I bought my first Lexus from Peggy Iverson and immediately asked if she was in. She was and we started to talk. Remember; I wasn't planning to trade up but everything I asked for she immediately responded and a deal was made. She is awesome and the rest of the staff also followed through with finalizing the deal. She is the most professional, thorough and congenial sales person I have ever worked with and will recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a Lexus. The SUV is awesome - better than the last and it will not be the last I drive. Many thanks to a great lady!!!!
Hendrick Lexus Is #1! – Buying a Lexus RX 350 was a breeze, thanks to George Stephens. He made the whole experience pleasant and easy. We are located in Raleigh, about 3 hours from Hendrick's in Charlotte, and that was no problem for them. Thanks to everyone we dealt with there and if you are in Charlotte (or anywhere for that matter), give them a shot a selling you a car. You won't regret it!
Does anyone actually buy from here? – I visited them based on an on-line price. I called ahead of time to make sure the car was there. I showed up and the sticker price was much higher than the on-line price. I started my bargaining at 10% below the internet price which the guy said was going to be impossible. I asked him what the best price he could do for me was and handed me a price that was $800 more than the on-line price! I immediately left. Does anyone actually buy from these con artists?
What a joke! – They try to build as much profit into dealer "add on's" and refuse to lower their prices to meet market value and other offers. The sales people play dumb when you ask a legitimate question, they try to deceive customers by not disclosing everything about a car, and trying to get them to honor their On-Line listing price is like pulling teeth! Stay away! Stay far far away!
Ripoff Warning! – I visited them today about a used IS250 listed on line for $23,999. Edmunds lists the car for just over $20,000 in "Clean" condition and $18,000 in "Average" condition.
Prior to visiting I printed the CarFax from their website which showed an accident in 02/10. I went to the dealership, test drove it, and began the sales process. The first number the guy handed me was $24,490, $1,491 MORE than it was listed for!
Secondly, I asked for the CarFax report and was told that "He couldn't find it because another salesperson currently had it". I told him that's fine, I have my own copy from their website and I wanted to know more about the accident it had been in.
He looked like a deer in the headlights, promptly said my CarFax was incorrect and left the office. After 15 minutes of watching him go up and down the halls of the dealership he returned with his copy of the CarFax that did indeed show no accident. However, his copy ended 12/09 and mine was current. He then promptly went and printed a new copy and was "shocked and amazed" that the car had been in an accident.
I then proceeded to tell him that I would like information regarding this accident in which he told me "it's impossible to find that information out", and then he offered me the car for $23,400.
I told him the most I would be willing to pay for the car was the Edmunds True Market Value price which was between $16,000 and $18,000 which he promptly told me I was wasting his time. Needless to say I left and will NOT return to that dealership for any of my car buying needs.
