Very friendly staff. The office was very friendly and set up a same day appt. The technician arrived early (which worked better for me!) and was very friendly and efficient. My AC is now working and our family is cool again.

We are always pleased with the service we receive from Morris Jenkins. Everyone is always polite and courteous, and the technicians are timely and clearly knowledgeable. We've never had any reason to even consider another service company.

We love the fact that we can get to speak to a real person whenever we call instead of having to deal with an automated system which is extremely frustrated. Morris-Jenkins' techs have always been courteous and well informed. I also appreciate the fact that they wear floor protective booties.
