Terrible Customer Relations. Problem #1 my boyfriend's tux finally arrives but at the wrong store location just two days prior to his cousin's wedding day. Problem #2 the Matthews store admitted the ticket specified Matthews store was the pickup location but, the Florence, SC store says the ticket specified their store as the pick up location-why would a store admit a mistake if there was none to begin with? and how can one pickup ticket have two sets of pickup locations? Problem #3 the Florence, SC store manager Kenesha was too busy to speak to the inconvenienced customer. Problem #4 the Florence, SC store feels the customer should pay full price for inadequate, incompetent service. This all equals "Terrible Customer Relations and Ineffective Training"!! Men's Wearhous of Florence, SC and Mgr. Kenesha should be ashamed of yourselves.
