No Pan/Hand Toss PIzza. Wow, got delivery from this PIzza hut after wanting a change from Papa Johns. This was one of the worst food experiences of my life. My wife first ordered online, which was simple enough. Once it got into the employee's hands, it was all over. We first got a call saying that they were OUT of pan/hand toss pizza! WTF, this is Pizza Hut right? They were able to offer us thin crust... (so just make it thicker?) I guess all of their crust is frozen and shipped in pre-made...Next, the pizza alone was almost $20, this is after we see the adds all over the website and TV talking about any large, any toppings $10... Finally we got our (thin) crust pizza and the dessert sticks were left off, opps... We ate the pizza which was HORRIBLE. I left a complaint on the Pizza Hut site and I'm still waiting a return call/email which they promise to get to them all... it's been 6mths. Call a Papa Johns or Dominos and don't waste your time here!!!
This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies..
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
