AWESOME FOOD.
RED ROCKS IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT LUNCH AND DINNER. THE FIRST TIME I ATE AT RED ROCK I HAD THE PORTABELLA MUSHROOM MELT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IF YOU ARE WANTING A SALAD FOR LUNCH TRY THE BLACKENED SEAFOOD SALAD. FOR DINNER I ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME DISH ALMOND GROUPER. TRUST ME IT IS AWESOME!!!

What a wonderful experience.
I took my wife here for Valentines Day. What a wonderful experience. The waitstaff was on point. The seating was nice and comfy. The food was superb. This place is at the top of my list for a casual place to dine.

Highly recommend!.
I recenlty planned a company trip for 30 people. We were in town from Baltimore. I came across some good reviews for Red Rocks and decided to give it a try. We had dinner reservations for 8 pm on a Sunday evening. The Birkdale Village shopping center is really cute, but most of the places were closed because of the day of the week. Our tables were in the private room and had determined a prix fixe menu ahead of time. The three servers that were assigned to our group were excellent and had a wonderful attitude. For appetizers we had shrimp cocktail and queso dip. Dinner was a choice of: filet and lobster, filet and shrimp, tuna or lemon chicken. All entrees were delicious. Dessert was either italian creme cake or a triple chocolate cake. Both were fabulous! They had a good wine selection and our drinks stayed full all night. I would definitely recommend Red Rocks because of their food, atmosphere, and ease to deal with. Coming from the restaurant industry my group understands what it takes and Red Rocks has it!

Ultra-rich desserts are the big draw at this cozy Charlotte restaurant..
The Scene
The high-ceilinged main room is made cozy with white Christmas tree lights in the rafters. A well-trained waitstaff scurries between comfortably sized tables and booths. The place fills up on weekends, but it never feels too crowded.
The Food
The menu offers a full range of top-quality chicken, seafood, pasta and beef dishes--many named for local sports figures or restaurant regulars. Don't miss Damion's shrimp and grits, Beuerlein's filet and crab cake, or Tom's Pittsburgh salad (with french fries on top). But don't clean your plate--you'll need room for one of the ultra-rich homemade desserts. Chocolate-mocha toffee cake is crusted with Heath bar pieces; chocolate caramel fudge torte gets a crunch from toasted pecans; and Key lime pie carries just the right amount of zing. The appetizers here also shine, but if it's a choice between indulging before or after the main course, the decision is clear.
