My gown is gorgeous!

I live in Raleigh but ordered my dress from Mecklenberg Bridal Gallery after speaking on the phone with Kay. She was great to work with and kept me up to date throughout the entire ordering process. I couldn't have been happier with how my gown came out. It was gorgeous and I am so thankful for their help.

snotty & rude

When I made my appt to try on wedding dresses they stressed that if I do not show up, I will get charged. I am fine with that. But when I arrive at your store, it would be nice to greet your potential customers. I sat in the front area for 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. Their desk is right by the waiting area so a few employees saw me and walked by me. My sales lady was awful! no personality, rude...etc. I had problems with my dress when they tried to take it in and my sales lady told me, "I know you want it to be perfect, but it's just not going to be." That's nice to hear when I just paid them a good amount of money for my dress. Just a terrible experience. I would not go here again and I make sure to keep my friends away as well.

Great Bridal store

I came in to look at dresses at Mecklenburg Bridal and I had an amazing experience! We were helped by Kay who was so nice and helpful!! She let us look through the dresses and pick out the ones we liked which we loved! When we were looking at a dress on, she would say how nice it looked and would give my mother and I time to talk it over ourselves. We found the dress that day and they were so great with helping me that my bridal party and mother all got there dresses there too! Everything came in on time and alterations done on the dresses looked and fit great! I tell every bride I know to go to Mecklenburg Bridal! GREAT PRICES, AMAZING SERVICES, AND BEAUTIFUL DRESSES!

My experience with Mecklenburg was to be envied- the staff was kind, considerate and timely. I purchased my wedding dress along with my bridesmaid gowns from the store and everything came in absolutely perfect. I was able to speak with the staff on the phone when I had questions or concerns about my order and they always put me at ease. I was thrilled to find a dress that could be created just for my height- which was not the case at other shops. (No shortening needed when it came in!) My bridesmaids (some from other states) said it was very easy to order their gowns with the help of Mecklenburg's staff. I highly recommend this bridal gallery to all brides I know.

This is one bridal gallery that you cannot afford to miss if you are looking for excellent service, broad selection, and an atmosphere that will help you make the best choice possible for your wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses or mother of the bride/groom gowns. I have purchased a wedding gown for my daughter, bridesmaid gowns, and gown for myself for her wedding as well as my daughter-in-law purchasing her wedding gown and gowns for her entire wedding party. All were stunning, with excellent caring service towards each of us! This store deserves 5+ star rating for the personalized attention given to me and my family! The store layout is beautiful with lots of mirrors and area for the brides to gain a full picture of how they appear in each gown. I don't believe that you will find a better selection of gowns anywhere in the area - whether it is for bridal, bridesmaid, or mothers! Check it out!
