Great Service. These guys will really go out of their way for you. They saved me a lot of time and were go at following up.

Too much competition to snub your cust.. The worst customer service ever. They are nice when you're buying but when you return un-used goods (poor quality), the niceties are the first thing to leave. You can tell customer service is only emphasized 'during the sale' after that, you're on your own. I plan to spend my hefty clothing allowance at Nordstrom where they prize every customer before and after the sale.
