Taj Mahal Harris Teeter Slips on Brand Promise. If you like to pick out artisan cheeses from different farms and places around the world, this is no longer the place to shop for this. Head over to Earth Fare around the corner, or Fresh Market off Fairview or at least for now, other Harris Teeter stores in the area. Can you imagine only being able to buy a single brand of hot dog or a single brand of bacon? Well at Morrocroft, somebody actually decided it would be okay to buy a single brand of deli meat and cheese. And the cheeses are not high quality. I hope they soon realize how ridiculous this is.

Huh??. I came here because I've heard so many good things about it and that they have the largest selection of international foods in Charlotte. I just moved to Charlotte and have been unable to find a great food shop (except Dean and Deluca). However, their international aisle is PASTA (supposed to be Italian, I suppose), TACOS (Mexican...) and tea (British...). They had a few more British items but nothing out of the ordinary or really that unusual. I was disappointed and I guess I'll have to order stuff online?!

The plus: Their salad bar was really good and had a great selection!

Threatned by staff member. A member of the deli staff made physical threats to me. I would not recommend shopping here if physical safety is a concern.

Where Charlotte's finest grocery shoppers come to see and be seen.. In Short
Its aisles are filled with posh goodies and the upscale clientele that buys them, and its all-day-all-night hours make it a one-stop resource for any kind of instant party you can dream up. Its selection of prepared foods is second only to gourmet markets such as Dean and Deluca. All the regular mega-market things are there along with a wide selection of name brands (and high quality house-label products).

Harris Teeter - At Its Best. This is the largest Harris Teeter store in the chain, and in the upscale SouthPark area. It's quite a shopping experience, that I suggest everyone take.
