the WORST Customer Service. Customer Service has always been Belk's downfall! Unless your dripping in couture & diamonds they will not wait on you. Product's they carry are nice but overpriced without the customer service. Just head down to Nordstrom's they'll bend over backwards to help you.

Perhaps it's the savvy sales associates who linger behind registers, or the selection of clothing labels that cater to middle-class America instead of haute couture fashion slaves. Look for labels like Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Nautica. Cosmetic giants like Estee Lauder, Clinique and Lancome lure customers with free makeovers and special gift giveaways. And brides drop by to register for fine china.

BEST BELK EVER!. Couldn't agree more with previous comments. I was AMAZED and believe me I have VERY expensive tastes. The merchandise is more like Neiman's or Bloomie's but with the friendliness one would expect with Belk!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

from the fur salon,dr. Perricone Carmen Carmen salon and spa,all the home stuff you will need and there is 4 floors

You've never seen Belk like this before. Belk SouthPark... 330,000 square feet of shopping in this flagship of the southern department store chain. The impecable selection and value, sales people and atmosphere at Belk SouthPark make it a shopping experience of the grandest kind.
