Horrible Experience. I went to the Jos A Banks store in South Park to outfit my wedding party for the big day. Everything that could have gone wrong did. The salesman was absent minded and just about every groomsman had some screw up with his suit. They lost one guys pants after they had come in, tried to convince me that a suit had been shipped to Raleigh for another guy, when it had not. They were really pushy and rude about this too! My pants were altered incorrectly after having to wait two months for them to come in. Another groomsman went to pick up his pants only to realize that he'd been given someone else's claim check. I could site two or three more examples but will digress. In short, this corporate chain is more concerned with making a sale than taking care of your interests. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else!!

But Bank may be best known for its voluminous collection of suits and button-down shirts. If you're suiting up from scratch, it has all the accessories: shoes, belts, ties, even tie racks and belt racks to help organize your haul.

Don't waste your time with this store.. I just recently landed a new job so as a gift, my mother came to Charlotte and wanted to buy me some new work clothes. We went to Joseph A Banks to purchase the items that I needed. We were approached by a man that was loud, cocky, and a pushy salesman. He was rude to my mother because we didn't have the "look" of a customer that was going to spend big bucks. Little did he know, my mother ended up spending a great deal of money on work clothes for me that day, but not from Joseph A Banks. If you want a salesman to make you mad, go this horrible establishment. I would suggest anywhere other than Joseph A. Banks.
