Wow! The dining room renovation is unbelievable! What a difference a few months can make. It feels like a resort now. The staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming. It really has a warm and loving feeling when you walk in the door. Would absolutely recommend visiting!
I recently toured Sharon Towers with my
parents and found it to be a lovely place. The residents that we met were friendly and warm. Everyone we encountered seemed to be very happy and made me and my parents feel welcomed.
The community itself is very attractive and feels like a home. Our marketing rep that conducted our tour showed us their new dining renovation that is in progress and when complete will be beautiful. We were able to see two spacious apartments and a lovely cottage. The grounds at Sharon Towers are beautiful. My parents and I were very pleased with everything we heard and saw. Great place!
Sharon Towers is a great and exciting place to work. I look forward to coming to work everyday and being around the residents and other team members.
My grandparents have received the most professional and compassionate care while living in Sharon Towers. I have great peace of mind knowing they are in such excellent hands with the team at Sharon Towers.
The friendly staff and professionalism of the medical and administrative folks at Sharon Towers, coupled with the energetic atmosphere created by the residents, makes Sharon Towers the prime choice for senior living, both assisted and independent. They are really top notch!
Sharon Towers has gone through many changes in the past year. It is a great place to work and a great place to have your love ones live.
Rudest front desk staff I've ever encountered. While looking for a retirement center for my folks, I stopped in Sharon Towers. There was an elderly blonde woman sitting at the desk on the phone. I hope that she was a rogue dementia patient as she had absolutely no manners. When I stood at the desk she told her friend on the phone to "hold on, someone just walked up and is standing here staring at me". She then proceeded to be extremely rude in answering my simple question and acted like I had three eyes and asked her if she would like to make out.
Tired. This is such a convenient location, however the space, (especially the Healthcare) is beyond tired. Health care has long hallways that seem so old and institutional. Considering cost, resident to nurse ratio, and amenities I found that this was not a choice for me. I would prefer one on one (when I need care) in the comfort of my own home, and garden, with transportation in my own comfy car. To each their own!
Rude in the Beauty Salon. I am a Nail Tech of 6 years and called the beauty salon at Sharon Towers. I asked if they were currently hiring for Nail Techs. The woman that answered the phone screamed 'We don't even have nail tech's' and slammed the phone down on me! I had called several other retirement centers that day, and asked them the same question. They were very polite in answering me, but did not slam the phone down on me!! If your loved one is getting their hair done in this salon, you might want to think twice. Imagine this same woman screaming at them over a simple question they might have. If they must get their hair done, I would take them somewhere else.
