Great Eye Care, Great Customer Service. I enjoyed my first visit to Spectrum. They were very courteous and helpful. I am a recent transfer to the Charlotte area and Dr. David W. was honest and open with me while completing my eye exam and discussing my Lasik surgery options. Because of his honest assessment, I have decided to go ahead with Lasik next year. All in all, I have only positive things to say about Spectrum Eye Care. This was a great experience from beginning to end. Look no further for dependable eye care, this is it.
Poor customer service. I went to fill my prescription for contact lenses and discovered the prescription has expired the day before. I called the office from the store and requested that Dr. Wichnoski fax over a prescription so that I could get 1 box as I was leaving town for vacation. He refused. He offered for me to go to his office and pick up contacts there to get me through until he could see me. I did not have time, nor did I understand the reason why he could not fax over a prescription allowing me to purchase 1 box - that I would have had no problem getting just the day before. I asked to talk with him directly, and after some delay, I was told he was with a patient and could not come to the phone. I have found a new eye doctor.
