New Cook makes it great on Friday night. I have been coming to the Yellow Rose on and off for years. They have a new cook on Fridays, (and I think Saturdays) that makes the best food this restaurant has ever known.

The Karaoke is great and the management are friendly. The only drawback is that you have to go to the bar to get a drink. They need someone on the floor to take drink orders when it's crowded, and it gets crowded. Check it out, everyone is friendly, and any night you can come in and see some of the regulars that seem to be very close. Lots of laughter and plenty of tv's to watch sports games. You can ask for a remote and watch any game you like, they don't control the tv's. The jukebox is always going with hits and the Philly Wraps are to die for. The food is cheap and the wings are awesome!

Not many drink specials, but there is always beer on special, and the drinks are not that expensive anyway.

GREAT PLACE TO HANG OUT. IT WAS A GOOD PLACE; NEW MANAGEMENT MADE IT BETTER. BEST WINGS EVER....... CHECK IT OUT.

Best Kaeroke Bar by FAR!!!. I have been to alot of places in Charlotte, but by far they have the best fries and the best Kaeroke in Charlotte! I have been coming here for around 5-6 years. I have never had any drama inside of this place! People coming to the bar are mostly regulars that are just trying to relax and have a good time. Best combination of music, not just one type. They play everything from Country to Hip Hop and in between!

nasty service. I just recently moved to Charlotte from Atlanta and I've been out to plenty of bars/clubs in the area and all have been great until the yellow rose. The bartenders are not the greatest looking and don't even know how to bartend. I dont know where they got these people from. My friends and I made a huge mistake by going there. Most bars have hot girl bartenders who know how to have a good time, not this place. One word for this place: Nasty.

ola...yellow rose. More of a neigborhood setting,not the place for single women or men having any class.Although recently purchased by a new owner,not much has changed.Wall to wall patrons of mexican decent & car salesmen. I've said it before and I'll say it again...car salesmen are third,after murderers and rapists!
