My color was a job my kids could of done at home, this salon is overpriced and a complete let down. My highlights WERE AWFUL. I WENT TO ANOTHER SALON and I am HAPPY TO SAY PERFECT. This salon should close down it is over rated.

I have only been here once and my overall experience was pretty good. I feel that this particular location focuses more on the salon side instead of the spa side. I found the spa waiting area to be small and not great as far as the outside noise level was concerned. But I enjoyed my services.

Ballantyne manager was very nasty with customers and there was no need for it. Showed her inexperience.
