Absolutely the best!. I've been going to Nikki for YEARS! She is fantastic. The staff is always courteous and professional. I wouldn't think of going ANYWHERE else!! Top Notch!

Very RUDE. I decided to check this salon out since I was in the area. When I walked in the door, there was a woman sitting at the receptionist desk who was talking to a customer. Note - the woman at the desk looked at me but did not acknowledge or say anything to me. Since the woman at the desk saw me come in, I decided to wait until the two finished their conversation. Well they never finished their conversation! The customer appeared to be a realtor and was talking to the woman about properties. Not one time did the woman at the desk, ask me if I needed any assistance. She just kept carrying on her conversation with the customer/realtor like I wasn’t even there. A person in the very back of the salon who was folding towels kept looking at me and then at the woman at the receptionist desk. She saw what was going on. Another stylist was helping a customer and saw me but didn’t come up to the front. I don’t know if the woman at the receptionist desk was the owner but she must be a dragon instead of a dragonfly for others to be that intimidated to come up to the front desk. I ended up walking out without talking to anybody. I found the way I was ignored very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If that is how potential customers are treated, count me out. Charlotte has many beauty shops and salons that have friendlier and more professional owners and stylists!

Worth twice what you pay. A young trendy twenty-something, I am pleased with the services I have recieved from one of the designers at this salon. I am constantly asked "who does your hair?' and "what salon do you go to?" Well for all of you who want the look of the salons that have the $$$ pricetag but want to pay the $$ price, this is the place for you. Granted you could pay less elsewhere, but you could also pay a generous amount more as well at another area salon.
