Not a Good Company to Hire. I had them managed my property and I can tell you that you will get a lot of frustration by the lack of responsibility of their employees, Mr Klutts does not return your calls, most of the times you will be directed to a mailbox and nobody will call you back, they did not checked the credit on the tenant, they trash the property and left a mess, I had lost a lot of money while they were in charge, all reviews you see here must be coming from the employees, family members or friends, I know because I have been a customer of them.
