In Short – For years this gem has sparkled in the Sharon Corners shopping center, its snappy black, plum and jade decor a promise of an extraordinary meal to come. The steamed veggie dumplings are a top pick, along with the soft-shell crabs with asparagus. Vegetarians find much to enjoy on the menu, as do fans of "traditional" Chinese cuisine. Hot and sour soup and Baoding scallops make a fine break from running errands.

Baoding has always been a destination spot for our family. We know that we will be greeted with a smile and the food is so good! Prices reasonable.

I love this restaurant. The best Chinese Restaurant in Southpark! They are fast, and the food is fresh. I have never been disappointed when I go. At lunch, you should go at 11:30am when they open to make sure you find a seat. The staff is always friendly. I have tried a lot of dishes there and have enjoyed every single dish! Well worth the money too...

Agree with montgomeryburns on almost all fronts!
Just want to add..... ask the management to make the restaurant non-smoking. We were enjoying our meal when two women showed up at the bar to drink and light up their cigs. The entire restaurant filled up with their smoke stench immediately. We asked for our remainders to-go, and took off.
