Great fixturees, worst customer service. I had actually found exactly what I was looking for. After 20 minutes of seeking assistance, no sales staff bothered to help. I was prepared to spend $500 dollars today. I settled for 'just as nice' quality item at Home Depot. At least they asked to assist me. I am very happy and I will never DARKEN the doorsteps of Restoration Hardware again. I'll make sure that my friends don't either.
