Charlotte's Cerious Software - Great products, Bad customer service.. I wish I could base my review on just the quality of Charlotte, NC based Cerious Software products, but unfortunately, their customer service is very bad. I have been unable to get a reply to emails, phone calls, faxes or attempts to purchase upgrades for their products. For all they know, I could be a multi-million dollar account they're ignoring. For all I know they might as well be out of business.
