Don't Do It!

Charlotte Woods Apartments are disgusting. Management is awful and lazy. Crime is horrible. After being here for a year, both me and my roommates cars have been broken into. And not to mention, the hallways smells terrible. Appliances are old and break often. Air conditioning only works sometimes. Insects infects the buildings. Yeah so you get what you pay for. Never again.

• Cons: crime, management, smells, old, appliances
