GET IN MY BEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAALLLLY!!!!. This joint was banging. I LUV the NACHOS BELL GRANDE!! If you STILL have room after that, try the CHURROS followed by a CHOCO-TACO!! YUM!

I went there for my 2nd husband's birthday and they greeted us with a Mariachi Band with the big SOMBREROS and everything, it was SWEEET!!!

The MARGARITAS are super strong. They must put a gallon of TEQUILA in my 8oz. glass!! Talk about BANG for your BUCK!! Driving home, I ran into a trashcan. Oops!

Spanish-not Mexican-Delight. Having lived in Spain, I looked for and discovered Don Quijote several years ago. For an appetizer, try the scallops or pimiento (peppers) specials. Among the main dish specials, try a fish dish or the rack of lamb. From the printed menu, select the wonderful paella Valenciana, prepared as in Spain, or the delicious fish baked in salt. Try the wines from Spain, and for dessert, a delectable tres leches or flan. In Spain I had anise after dinner. The sambuca serves nicely. Service is excellent. The owners always speak with me and make my visit memorable. There is a bar, and outdoor dining when the weather permits.

One of the few truly Spanish restaurants in town.. A versatile restaurant-- both a fine, relatively inexpensive lunching spot as well as a romantic, elegant place for dinner.

A Wonderful Taste of Spain in Charlotte. If you like quaint restaurants with yummy International fare this is the restaurant for you. Fancy it isnt, but the ambiance is positively charming. Think Plaza Espana in mid-town Manhattan.

I took guests there for a birthday party and everything was wonderful! We had a variety of tapas, entrees (I had the paella very good indeed) and the tres leches with coffee for dessert, plus plenty of sangria. Everything was very good with the food only slightly salty and the service matched the food quality (without the saltiness of course), and was quick without being rushed.

Considering there were 5 of us and all indulging (after all it was a party), with a bill of about $150, the value is exceptional.
