Great Neighborhood Bar. This is the type of place you can bring a first date, start the night, or END the night. Always a good time everytime I've been there. Service can be slow at times, but it's always when the place is packed, which is understandable. If you like sushi, try their's! I was skeptical @ first, but it's really good. They also have a great patio to enjoy the spring / summer nights. It reminds me of the TV show "Cheers"....There are steps going down the pub. Great atmosphere with dim lighting. Perfect rainy day bar as well. Always good vibes there!

Tucked into a strip mall, this cozy gem of a pub offers hearty fare and a seat with a view.. The Scene
It's tucked in the back of the Park Road Shopping Center, and you'll probably have to ask directions the first time. Dark wood paneling, British beers on tap and a regulation dartboard make it authentic, even if the server's Southern accent gives it away. Go to the back room to find the jukebox, darts and tables with built-in checkers and backgammon.

The Food

Think hearty and warm. Burgers and sandwiches are large enough for two meals, served with slaw that strikes a good balance between mayo and vinegar. Fish and chips--the ultimate pub fare--is moist and tender, with just a hint of doughiness in the batter crust. A real standout is the flourless chocolate cake, an island of chocolate decadence on a sea of fruit coulis and berries, accompanied by vanilla ice cream.

Delicious!. We have gone to this restaurant several times in the past months and have always been plesantly surprised.... don't let the ambiance or location fool you. Try what's on the nightly specials for something really worthwhile. Great fish and chips and the cider is on tap! :)

Bass..king in Pleasure. What a great place! For a finer meal, try the ostrich meat loaf. Lighter fare? Then go for the fish and chips. Wines? Many to choose from. And the beers? Great selection!

Jeff, Neal and Sven behind the bar, and Tobin in the kitchen. Great and friendly crew!

Have F-U-N!
